These Terms of Use apply to everyone who uses Anipoo (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Anipoo is a free gallery of AI-generated illustrations. The Service is provided “as is”, and we may change, suspend or end all or part of it at any time without notice.

Age requirement for adult content

Some images are intended for adults only and are hidden by default. You may turn them on only if you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and viewing such content is legal for you.

AI-generated images

All images on the Service are generated with AI image models. Some images depict fictional characters as fan art or cosplay. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the owners of those characters or works. Any resemblance to real people is unintended.

What you may not do

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• Collect images or data from the Service in bulk, or use automated tools in a way that places excessive load on it
• Get around access restrictions such as the age confirmation, rate limits or image protection
• Attack, probe or interfere with the Service or its servers
• Use the Service for anything illegal or that infringes the rights of others

Except where the law allows, do not reproduce, redistribute or use images from the Service commercially without permission.

Removing content

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please send a request through the content removal form. We may also remove or hide any content at our own discretion without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service or its content is accurate, complete, available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated terms take effect when they are posted on this page. If you keep using the Service after that, you agree to the updated terms.

Language

These terms are provided in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
